Email Interface:
You can pre-register visitors by sending a simple email
to the reception machine. The reception machine would

Create
a Visitor badge:
The visitor badge (Visitor ID) is shown in the same manner
in which it will be printed. One can simply fill in the
information at various points and generate a visitor badge
would look exactly it is seen on the screen. Lobbytech
+ also offers the facility of creating the badge for a
pre-registered user. |

Sign Out:
When the visitor leaves the organization he/she can be
signed out. This would get you the details about all the
visitors in your organization at any given point of time.
This information can be vital in case of an emergency. |
Reports:
You can create a daily / monthly report which will be
the visitor Register or a visitor book. One can search
the visits by a specific visitor or even based on his/her
organization. These reports can be sent to specific email
Ids via mail. These mails can either go directly or at
your instruction.

In the setup you can customize Lobbytech for your specific
needs. You can choose your logo, Organizations name, address
etc. You can choose whether you want to use a digital
camera, whether you want to maintain a strict control
over the data by Master update options. You can import
some important data like the employee details etc. |

You can remove the unwanted data by these options. So
you can delete all those records you are not interested
in by this option.

/ ID as per their own requirement. The safety declarations,
